I have to post this funny video my brother sent me the other day. Gossip Girl’s marketing and advertising team did a great job. Interesting idea

 Me – Guest Star on Gossip Girl

Maxine was driving down the street in a sweat because she had an important meeting and couldn’t find a parking place.
Looking up toward heaven, she said, ‘Lord, take pity on me. If you find me a parking place I will go to church every Sunday for the rest of my life and give up sex and tequila.’
Miraculously, a parking place appeared.
She looked up again and said, ‘Never mind. I found one.’

Everybody comes to the point when life teaches them a lesson…or two. And although when we say “I have learned from my mistakes” we say it with a bitter voice and a frown on our face, we must realize that these mistakes are the ones that make us wiser and stronger and more aware of things we should value and the ones we should keep away from.
It isn’t nearly as meaningful when you hear it from someone else (you have to discover your own life thinking) but if this was a lesson over life, here is what I would teach you…

1. Do everything you wish to do if it’s in your power to do it. Face the fears and insecurities, the vanity and pride and take a shot because otherwise, you will always ask yourself  “What if?”. I know I would rather regret the things that I did than the things I didn’t do. What about you?  As Mark Twain once said, “Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things that you didn’t do than by the (more…)
